4 Belgian French-speaking universities among the best in the world

QS World University Rankings 2020 has revealed its latest global university ranking. Eight Belgian universities are listed among 1,000 references.

Belgium knows how to do in excellence, as evidenced by its eight universities included in the QS Word University Rankings 2020, ranking produced by the British organization Quacquarelli Symonds. The latter has in fact listed the most prestigious campuses around the world.

The UCLouvain is the first French-speaking Belgian university establishment to rank in this ranking. Next comes the ULB followed by the ULiège and the UMons.

The title of Best University in 2020 has been awarded to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 2nd and 3rd position, we find Stanford and Harvard.

Universities are assessed on the basis of indicators such as reputation in academia, citations from scientific publications from university representatives, the ratio of teachers and students, the ratio of employers to graduates, the relative number of teachers and foreign students.
