Ecole Supérieure des Arts Plastiques et Visuels

The Ecole supérieure des Arts in Mons is an art school that offers a five-year programme of study, divided into two courses. The Transition Bachelor’s Degree in visual and spatial arts is conferred at the end of an initial three year undergraduate course. The Specialised Master of Art degree (professional or teaching focus) is conferred at the end of a second two-year graduate course. At the time of enrolment, the applicant chooses an option: DRAWING, PAINTING, SCULPTURE, IMAGES IN THE ENVIRONMENT, VISUAL AND GRAPHIC COMMUNICATION, INTERIOR DESIGN or DIGITAL ARTS. To be admitted to the 1st year of studies, the student must hold a certificate of higher secondary education and pass an entrance exam that is held in the second week of September. Enrolments are accepted until the end of the second week of July, and from the third week of August.
