The Beaux-Arts de Liège - École Supérieure des Arts (BAL - ÉSA) provide training in the field of plastic, visual and spatial arts.
The Beaux-Arts de Liège offers nine Options: Comic Strip, Drawing, Engraving, Illustration, Painting, Advertising, Scenography, Sculpture, and Videography. Each of them is composed of two training cycles, Bachelor and Master. Each Master is divided into two finalities: specialized and advanced, except for the Master in Drawing, which does not have an advanced finality. The Beaux-Arts also organizes the Master in Teaching Section 5 (formerly the Agrégation). A collaboration with a university is possible to consider the participation of the Beaux-Arts within a 3rd cycle, the Doctorate. Finally, the Beaux-Arts participate in Erasmus+ exchanges. The training focuses on learning artistic know-how and developing relevant, autonomous and unique creative approaches. The student, his experience and his self-construction are at the center of the educational project. This is a differentiated pedagogy; it is focused on learning, exchange and experimentation. Through numerous exchanges and partnerships, whether regional, national or international, the Fine Arts open up to the world and are part of a network that allows students to be actors in a vast artistic community.
