At the end of October, two students fromGembloux Agro-Bio Tech Guillaume and Brieuc-William took part in the Trophées Etudiants de l’Innovation Alimentaire, in Paris. To celebrate their participation in the competition, Wallonia interviewed the two young entrepreneurs.
Their project, known as Full'iz is a great success and has been awarded the silver medal! Initially their end-of-study project, Full'iz is now a marketed product!
?!? But what is Full'iz?
Full'iz is a nutritious and healthy breakfast that allows people in a hurry not to skip breakfast. And what is more, the project ticks all the boxes of the Conseil supérieur de la santé's recommendations.
In other words, Full'iz offers :
- - 2x less sugar than fruit juice
- - Nutriscore A
- - 20% of daily energy intake
- - A source of Omega 3
