Eligibility criteria
Applicants must:
- have been resident in the UK for at least three years at the time of application
- hold an degree from a UK institution
- either be a student at the time of application or have been registered as a student within the last eight years
- explain why their work requires residence overseas

Candidates will be invited for interview in London during April/May. Travelling expenses within the UK only will be refunded.
