Programme Description

The aim of the ‘Mobility’ instrument is to build capacity throughout the career of researchers, teaching staff and professionals from institutions in the 31 ARES scholarship countries.

This instrument also strengthens the networks between the partner institutions and improves their capacities by reinforcing and creating research themes and, more generally, boosting research and teaching.

Objectives

Through the funding of individual scholarships, this instrument aims in particular to strengthen networks with institutions in the scholarship partner countries, improve the capacities of these institutions, strengthen certain key research themes within these institutions and encourage the emergence of new research topics.

Target audience

For doctoral and post-doctoral mobility: researchers or future researchers from the 31 grant partner countries, at various stages in their careers.
For capacity-building visits: young graduates and/or professionals in the field attached to a partner institution of higher education and art schools.
